DR. W. M. DIVOLL DIED AT OMAHA HOSPITAL TUESDAY

Dr. W. M. Divoll, an Osteopath practicing in Blair for more than thirty years, died last Tuesday, December 31st, at Clarkson Hospital in Omaha. Dr. Divoll was 83 years of age, having been born April 12, 1891 at Powhattan, Kansas.

Dr. Divoll had lived at 1485 South street for many years. He had his office at his residence and he had a loyal following of patients who called upon him regularly through the years.

He was a graduate of the Still College of Osteopathy at Des Moines, Iowa, in 1917. Before coming to Blair he practiced briefly at Friend and then at Crete, Nebraska.

His wife, Pearle, preceded him in death in 1958. He is survived by two sons, Carroll G. and Lowell F., both of Omaha. A daughter, Mrs. Edward Janssen (Winona Mae) lives at Lincoln, Nebraska. There are seven grandchildren.

A brother, James, lives at Fresno, California.

Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at the First United Methodist Church, with Rev. Gordon Patterson conducting the service. Burial, under the direction of the Bendorf Funeral Home was made in Memorial Park Cemetery in Lincoln beside his wife, who is buried there.

Pallbearers were Eric Boe, Frank Reyzlik, Don Conrad, Okey Fields, Warren Rounds and Jack Bachman.
