Edna M. Miller, 88, of Blair and Omaha, died Tuesday, April 15, 2014, at Parsons House in Omaha.

Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home in Blair. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Edna M. Yelli was born April 1, 1926, in Ewing to Edward and Julia (Nickolite) Yelli.

She was raised in the Antelope County area and attended several different country schools in the area.

She enjoyed her role as grandmother and mother to her children most of all. She loved music and dancing and made sure that her home was always filled with both.

She was a member of St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church. For the last six years, she had lived at Parsons House in Omaha.

She is survived by son Bill (Ellen) Miller of Blair; daughters Melodie McAvin of Blair and Julie (Keith) Klinger of Blair; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and sister Ann Nekl of Blair.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William; sisters: Clara, Helen and infant sister Shirley; and brothers: Bernard, Edward, Vic and Virgil.
