Services for Lyle R. Alback, 67 of Carter Lake, Iowa who died December 21, 1993 in Omaha are 2:30 p.m. Thursday, December 23 at Crosby-Kunold-Burket-Swanson-Golden; in Omaha. Rev. Ernest L. Gutha will officiate. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Omaha with military graveside services conducted by Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 8334.

Lyle R. Alback was born February 2, 1926 in Herman.

He worked for Graves Truck Line prior to retiring.

He was preceded in death by one son, David L. Alback.

He is survived by his wife, Delores of Carter Lake, Iowa; a son and daughter-in-law, Richard and JoAnn Alback of Omaha; a son, Toby of Billings, Montana; five step-daughters; one step-son; 24 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a sister Mildred Divoll of Omaha and his mother-in-law, Mae Kelley of Carter Lake, Iowa.
