SERVICES FOR FRED PLUGGE WILL BE THURSDAY

Services for Fred H. Plugge have been set for today, Thursday, May 13th. Mr. Plugge died at the Dodge County Hospital, in Fremont, Tuesday morning. Mr. Plugge had been in poor health for several months and was a resident at the Arbor Manor in Fremont.

Services will be at the Arlington Community Church at 2 p.m. Burial will be in the Arlington Cemetery. Rev. Leo Zillig will officiate with Reckmeyer Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Plugge was born at Arlington, Nebraska, on November 29, 1886. He was 84 at the time of his death. He was married to Cora Aye in 1912. The couple lived at Pender until 1922 when the Plugges moved to Arlington where he was employed at Marshall Nurseries. Mrs. Plugge passed away on January 4, 1962.

Mr. Plugge is survived by two daughters and three sons. The daughters are Mrs. Howard (Edith) Marshall and Mrs. Leonard (Muriel) Wulf, both of Arlington. The sons are Sterling and Gordon of Arlington and Lyle of Ralston.

There are three surviving brothers. They are Arthur and Henry of Fremont and Lawrence of Oregon. Two surviving sisters are Mrs. Ed T. (Alice) Hansen of Fremont and Mrs. Sophie Dickmeyer of Arlington. There are also 19 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
