Gordon Wallace Plummer, 30, of Waverly died May 24, 1987, in Lincoln.

Services were held Wednesday, May 27, 1987, at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church with Father Dan Galas officiating. Burial was in the Blair Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Larry Hipnar, John Samson, Randy Ashland, Phil Kempcke, Dennis Bauman, and Jerry Boden.

He was born in Blair June 13, 1956, to Wallace and Alice (Andersen) Plummer.

He graduated from Blair High School in 1974, and from Southeast Technical College in 1976.

On June 26, 1981, he married Michelle Howe in Omaha.p> He worked for Hipnar repair for five years, and then taught for the last five years at Southeast Technical College.

He also served on the vocational advisory committee for Waverly High School.

Survivors include his wife Michelle, brother Dean of Omaha, sister Mrs. Gary (Sheila) Rasmussen of Blair, sister Mrs. Jan (Patricia) Huff of St. Louis, Missouri, parents Wallace and Alice Plummer of Tuscon, Arizona, and grand-parents, Guy and Reba Plummer from Glenwood, Iowa. Grand-mother Claire Andersen of Blair.
