Ron Shepherd dies in Georgia

Word has been received of the death of Ron Shepherd, Kingsport, Tennessee, and formerly of rural Blair.

Shepherd died Memorial Day Weekend in Atlanta, Georgia, where he had been working. He was a driver for Trans Con. The family made Kingsport their home.

He is survived by his wife, Betty and their children.

Note: Since there was not a death date except the year, I used June 1, 1982 as a date so the record could be entered.
