ALBERT U. DICKMEYER, 92

Services for Albert U. Dickmeyer, 92, who died February 28, 1996 at Elkhorn, Nebraska were Saturday, March 2 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church north of Arlington. Rev. Michael Rogers officiated. Burial was in St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery.

Albert Ulrick Dickmeyer was born in Arlington January 24, 1904 to Louis and Emma Stork Dickmeyer. He spent his formal years of school at St. Paul’s Lutheran School and was a lifetime member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.

He spent his life farming until he retired in 1969.

He married Letha Stork October 12, 1930. She preceded him in death February 13, 1945.

He was also preceded in death by two grandsons, Michael Dickmeyer and Christopher Dickmeyer.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Leonard and Carol; four grandchildren, Darian Dickmeyer, Jeanie Case, Brenda Worth and Terry Dickmeyer; six great-grandchildren; a brother and sister-in-law, Irwin and Ruth Dickmeyer.

Pallbearers were Earl Case, Ronnie Hilgenkamp, Darian Dickmeyer, Gilbert Hokamp, Terry Dickmeyer and Delvin Westerman.

Helen Hilgenkamp was organist.

Reichmuth Funeral Home in Elkhorn was in charge of arrangements.
