BLAIR MAN’S MOTHER DIES IN NEW MEXICO
Funeral services were Monday, January 17, at Lattin-Dugan-Chambers Funeral Home for Erna Elinor Dickerson, 63 of Fremont, who died of natural causes January 12, 1983, while visiting a nephew in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The Rev. John Heffelfinger conducted the services. Burial was in Ridge Cemetery.
Erna Elinor Dickerson was born July 2, 1919, in Hoskins and lived there most of her life. She was a member of the Fremont and Nebraska Women’s Bowling Association.
She was married to Carroll Dickerson. He preceded her in death May 1, 1966.
She is survived by one son, Randolph Dickerson of Blair. Three sisters, Mrs. Rachel Wagner of Fremont, Mrs. Bud (Juanita) Bornhoft, Sr., of Wayne, and Mrs. Frieda Long of Norfolk; three brothers, Ernest Miller of Alliance, Jake Miller of Phoenix, Arizona, and Irvin Miller of Atlantic, Iowa; and six grandchildren also survive her.
