Services Held For Blair Man’s Brother Friday

Funeral services were held Friday, July 11, at Beem Belford Chapel, Council Bluffs, for Jess R. Porter, 36 years old, of Council Bluffs who died last week.

Burial was at Rose Hill Cemetery, Missouri Valley, Iowa.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela of Council Bluffs, and one daughter, Jennifer of Council Bluffs. His mother, Millie Porter, Blair; two brothers, Junior Porter, Blair, Lloyd Porter, Ohio; and one sister, Joy Long, Council Bluffs.

Memorials may be sent to the Heart Fund. Beem-Belford Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for the services.
