Services For Ernest Metzler To Be Thurs.

Services for 48 year old Ernest Eugene Metzler will be on Thursday, May 25th. Mr. Metzler died at the Blair Hospital on Monday, May 22. Mr. Metzler had been taken from his Arlington home to the Blair Hospital by Rescue Squad.

Services will be at the Campbell Funeral Home in Blair at 2 p.m. on May 25th. Rev. Bryce Hecht will officiate with burial in the Blair Cemetery.

Mr. Metzler was born in Tekamah, Nebraska. He was a resident of Arlington and was employed as a welder at Valmont industries.

He is survived by his wife Naomi, of Arlington, and children, Wm. Metzler of North Bend and Kenneth Metzler of Arlington. There are also three grandchildren.

Surviving brothers and sisters include the following: James of Tekamah; George of Tekamah; Glen of Omaha; Calvin of Blair; Earl of Tekamah; Mrs. Luzetta Campbell of Blair; Mrs. Elizabeth Bohannon of Craig; Mrs. Annie Daniels of Blair and Mrs. Erna Hampton of Blair.

Pallbearers will be Lyle Bohannon, Larry Hawthorne, Wayne Metzler, Raymond Campbell, Melvin Campbell and Gerald McIntosh.
