Services Monday For Brother of Blairites

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, July 6, for Everett L. Metzler, 75, of Paxton Manor in Omaha, who died July 3, 1981.

The services were held at Hamel and Peck Mortuary. Burial was in the Tekamah Cemetery.

He is survived by sons, Everett Metzler, Jr., and Lyle Metzler, both of Sterling, Illinois; and daughters, Mrs. Pauline Holder and Arlene McKinnis, both of Rock Falls. Grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, Arthur Metzler of David City, Robert Metzler and Orva Metzler, both of Omaha; and Roy Metzler of Blair; sister, Mary Bailey of Blair; nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive him.

Memorials may be sent to the Heart and Lung Associations.
