Caroline Clary, 89, of Fort Calhoun, died Saturday, May 24, 2014, in Fort Calhoun.

A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, May 29, at Sievers-Sprick Funeral Home in Fort Calhoun. There will be a private inurnment.

She was born Dec. 21, 1924, in Omaha to Clarence and Florence Flossie (Millard) Christensen.

She is survived by sons and daughters-in-law: Harry and Aileen of Omaha and Charles and Bonnie and Jim and Anita, all of Fort Calhoun; daughter and son-in-law Patricia (Dick) Johnson of Des Moines, Iowa; brother Harold Christensen of Florida; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Clary; daughter Susan Clary; brother Richard Christensen; and sister Helen Kruki.

Memorials are suggested to the Fort Calhoun Fire and Rescue Squad.
