Beverly Short To Be Buried On Friday

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 17, at Campbell Funeral Home for Beverly Ann Short, 29, who died in Dallas, Texas, on July 13, 1981.

Rev. James Metzgar will conduct the services. Burial will be in Blair Cemetery.

Beverly Ann Short was born April 1 1952, to Edgar and Lillian Bena Short in Blair. She graduated from Blair High School in 1970 and attended the University of Nebraska for four years. She was employed by Budget Rent-A-Car at the time of her death.

She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Short of Blair; and three brothers, Ron Short, Blair; Don Short, Glendale, Arizona, and Kenneth Short, Wurtsmuth Air Force Base, Michigan.

Pallbearers will be Clark Johnson, Don Leehy, Ron Novak, Jeff Richards, Curt Robeson and Bob Warrick.

Claire Cowing will be organist and vocalist for the service.

Campbell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for the services.
