Mrs. Cameron’s Father Dies Sunday

Chester Louis Michalek, father of Mrs. Kenneth Cameron of Blair, died Sunday at the Community Memorial Hospital of Blair. He was 69 years of age.

The deceased was born at Chicago, March 5, 1909 and his residence, prior to his death was at 9055 South Fairlane, Bridgeview, Illinois. He had been an employee of the Santa Fe railroad. His wife, Kathryn, had preceded him in death.

He is survived by Mrs. Cameron, of Blair, Mrs. Mary Jane Agate, Mrs. Judith Crimmin and Harry Michalek, all of Chicago. There are six grandchildren.

Three brothers, Edward and William Michalek and Glen Blandenburg, all residents of Illinois, survive. A sister, Emily Eccles, also resides in Illinois.

Funeral services were held at the Suburban Funeral Home in Maywood, Illinois; Monday, April 10th.
