Mrs. Henry Mielenz died at her home in Ft. Calhoun on Tuesday, Feb. 2. The funeral was held from the residence of her mother, Mrs. Wm. Ervey in Dexterville, Thursday afternoon, Rev. F. E. Volck of the Baptist church, officiating. The deceased was born on August 15, 1877 on the old Ervey farm near Blair and was married when fifteen years old to Henry L. Mielenz, at Omaha, on December 8, 1892. Mrs. Mielenz leaves to mourn her loss, besides the grief stricken husband, her mother, and three sisters, Mrs. Myra Beck of this city, Mrs. Nellie Bowles of Omaha, and Mrs. Rose Ferris of Gross, Nebr., besides two adopted daughters.
