Services held for Birdie Helen Lorsch

Funeral services were held for 70-year-old Birdie Helen Lorsch on Saturday, May 5, 1984. Mrs. Lorsch died on May 3 at the Good Shepherd Home.

Services were held at the First Baptist Church with Rev. Alan Howe officiating. Burial was in the Blair Cemetery under the direction of the Campbell Funeral Home.

Birdie Helen Lorsch was born at Tekamah, Nebraska on November 28, 1913. She was married to Walter Lorsch who preceded her in death.

Survivors include the following children: Mrs. Frank (Darlene) Young, Blair; Mrs. Richard (Janet) Sederburg, Blair; Mrs. Layton (Betty) Anderson, Blair. Three surviving brothers are Freeman Loftis of Blair; Leonard Loftis of Blair and Floyd Loftis of Arlington.

Six surviving grandchildren are: Cindy and Jeff Young, JoAnn Schmidt, Rick and Tracie Sederburg, Misty Anderson and a great-grandchild, Joshua Schmidt, all of Blair. Brother-in-law Art Lorsch, sister-in-law Esther Siese of Blair and Ella Charron of Omaha.

Pallbearers were: LeRoy Lorsch, Arnold Lorsch, Joe Foster, Ron Wiese, Mark King and Jeff Schmidt.
