FRANCES DARLING DIED AT CALHOUN

Mrs. Frances Darling, a resident of Ft. Calhoun for many years, died at her home there Tuesday. Death was attributed to a heart attack. She was 63 years old.

Her husband, the Rev. Herrick Darling, who was a Presbyterian minister, had preceded her in death a number of years ago. For about 20 years they lived at Wilmington, Delaware where Rev. Darling was pastor of a church.

She is survived by a son, David, of the Ft. Calhoun area.

Mrs. Darling owned several farms which she managed. She was a member of the Ft. Calhoun Presbyterian church and at one time served on the church board.

Funeral services were held at the Fort Calhoun Presbyterian church Thursday morning with the Rev. Keith H. Sackett conducting the services. He was assisted by the Rev. Don Killin, of Tarkio, Missouri, who was a former pastor of the Fort Calhoun church. Burial was made in the Ft. Calhoun cemetery.

Pallbearers were George Rohwer Jr., Paul Krueger, Harold Swanson, Clarence Doty, Roland Husk and H. W. Lanouette.

SERVICES HELD FOR MRS. FRANCES DARLING

Funeral services were held on Thursday at the Fort Calhoun Presbyterian Church for Mrs. Frances Darling, 63 years of age, of Fort Calhoun.

Mrs. Darling is survived by a son, David of Fort Calhoun.

The Sievers Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
