CALHOUN NATIVE PASSES AWAY IN KANSAS CITY
Funeral services were held on May 29th, at Park Hill Baptist Church in Kansas City, Missouri, for Clarence Leland David of that city. He died following a brief illness.
Mr. David was born at Fort Calhoun, Nebraska on February 5, 1926, to Eugene and Mary David and spent all his young life in the Blair vicinity.
He was a meteorologist and spent the past 21 years with the National Weather Service at Kansas City.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth; four daughters, Janet, Joyce, Joann and Jeanne; his mother, Mary David of Blair; and a brother, Lyle David of rural Fort Calhoun.
