Aurora G. Miller, 79, of Omaha, Nebraska, died March 5, 2001, at Immanuel Hospital in Omaha, NE. Funeral services were held Thursday, March 8, 2001, at Kremer Funeral Home in Omaha. Interment was at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Omaha.

Aurora G. Miller was born Nov. 10, 1921 in Bemidji, Minnesota, to Sigvort and ElVera (Angvall) Sannum. Mrs. Miller was a very active member of the Faith Baptist Church in Omaha. She was known as “grandma’ to the children of the church and also around the neighborhood.

She is survived by her two daughters, Sharon Boudreau of Blair and Valerie Miller of Omaha, four sons, James Miller and Vance Miller of Omaha, Freddie Miller of Lincoln and Charles Miller of Kansas, a sister, Maurine Fletcher of Portland, Oregon, 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Miller, in 1965, a son, Perry, in 1995, a sister, Peggy Borrowdale, and a brother, Vance Sannum.

Memorials are suggested to Faith Baptist Church in Omaha.

Kremer Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
