Funeral services for Loretta E. Pruner, 86, of Omaha were held July 19, 2000 at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home. Interment was in Westlawn Cemetery in Omaha. Loretta Pruner died at Methodist Hospital in Omaha on July 16.

Loretta E. Pruner was born Nov. 5, 1913, at Orum to Carl and Carrie (Iversen) Rasmussen. She attended the Lincoln and Rosehill Schools. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Paul Lutheran Church.

She moved to Denver in 1941, and worked for the Denver Department of utilities for 25 years. After the death of her husband, William, in 1987, she moved to Omaha in 1988.

She attended Lord of Love Lutheran Church in Omaha, and did volunteer work at Methodist Hospital in Omaha.

She is survived by her brother, Ivan Rasmussen, Blair, and her sister, Leola Case, of Oakland, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her husband, three sisters, Virginia, Evelyn, and Marie, and one brother, Clifford.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
