EVELYN MAE DAVIS, 72
Services for Evelyn Mae Davis, 72 of Blair who died at Bergen-Mercy Hospital in Omaha October 13, 1992 will be Friday, October 16 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Christian Church in Blair. Burial will be in the Blair Cemetery.
Evelyn Mae Davis was born March 22, 1920 at Blair to Roy E. and Florence Gilbert Jacobs. She attended school in Blair and graduated from Blair High School in 1937.
She married Harold Walter Davis October 11, 1939 in Blair. They spent most of their married life in the Blair community.
She was a member of First Christian church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Stuart, Kenneth and Russell Jacobs and two sisters, Lila Barger and Frances King.
She is survived by her husband, Harold; a son and daughter-in-law, Gary W. and Charlotte Davis of San Antonio, Texas; two daughters and sons-in-law, Carolyn A. and Ernie Brenneis of Blair and Beth E. and Wayne Oloff of Missouri Valley, Iowa; six grandchildren, Lee Davis, Becky Davis, Chad Brenneis, Carrie Brenneis, Matt Oloff and Jennifer Oloff; one great-grandson, Ernest William Brenneis; two sisters, Norma (Mrs. Carl) Helms, Spokane, Washington and Shirley (Mrs. Kayo) Moore of Blair; many special nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews; a sister-in-law, Eileen Davis Ossowski, Millbrae, California; and her mother-in-law, Ruth Davis of Blair.
Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
