MRS. CHRISTOFFER ANDERSEN, JR., DIED NEAR HERE THURSDAY

Mrs. Christoffer Andersen, jr., aged 30, died at her farm home three miles west of Blair last Thursday, December 10. She had been ill for about ten days, since the birth of a son.

As Antoinette Andersen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hans C. Andersen of Winside, she was born June 16, 1904, near that community. She was educated in the schools there, and later attended Wayne State Normal school at Wayne. While at Wayne she was married March 2, 1926, to Christoffer Andersen, jr.

Five children were born to the union, all of them surviving. They are Arlene, Norma, Alice, Helen, and the infant son, Howard. Her husband also survives, as do her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hans C. Andersen of Winside; three brothers, Percy, Norman and Woodruff, all of Winside; one sister, Margaret, of Winside; and her parents-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Christoffer Andersen, sr., of near Blair.

Funeral services were held at the Bendorf Funeral Home in Blair last Saturday afternoon, with Rev. Immanuel Petersen officiating. Burial was in the cemetery here.
