Services held for Betty Jane Shotwell

Private Memorial funeral services for 55 year old Betty Jane Shotwell were held Friday, May 4, 1984 with Rev. Alan Howe officiating. Betty Jane Shotwell was the wife of John T. Shotwell. The couple lived at 1553 Jackson Street in Blair. Mrs. Shotwell died on May 2, 1984.

She is survived by her husband John, a son Jerry Shotwell of Blair, her mother, Mrs. Hilma Holbert of Brittnon, South Dakota and three grandchildren.

Mrs. Shotwell was born on September 4, 1928 at Serin, Wisconsin. She was married to John J. Shotwell on November 25, 1960 at Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Also surviving are the following brothers and sister: Helen Johnson, Minneapolis; Martha Wolf, South Dakota; Florence Hermanson, Seattle, Margaret Lansing, Washington, Lorna Kirton, Canada; Robert Holbert, Sioux Falls; Charles Holbert, Apache Junction, Arizona; Howard Holbert, Newburg, North Dakota; and William Holbert, Sonora, California.

She was preceded in death by her father, two brothers, and one sister.
