Mrs. Jack Quinlan Dies

Native of Ireland Dies At 71; Catholic Rites Set For Saturday

Mrs. Catherine Quinlan, 71, widow of John (Jack) Quinlan, died yesterday morning at St. Catherine’s Hospital in Omaha. In poor health for some time, she had become seriously ill Monday.

The body is now at the Campbell Mortuary, where the rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Friday. Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church. The Rev. Edward C. O’Donnell will officiate; interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.

Native of Donegal, Ireland, Catherine Curran and John Quinlan were married in Blair in 1909, and resided south of Blair in the Maney district. Mr. Quinlan died Apr. 15, 1949.

Surviving Mrs. Quinlan are a son, Patrick, of Blair; and three daughters, Mrs. Henry Lammers, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Herman, Mrs. Paul Bausch (Mary) of Omaha and Mrs. Warren Krebs (Edith) of Kansas City, Mo. There are three grandchildren, Also surviving are two sisters and two brothers.
