Nancy Louise Thompson, 70, of Blair died peacefully Tuesday, June 17, 2014, at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.

Memorial services are currently pending and will be in Billings, Mont.

Nancy Louise Levy was born April 5, 1944, in Chelan, Wash., to Cecil and Hazel (Garrett) Levy.

She was very active in the Ladies Guild, bingo and the Ladies FOE, and she served in many positions in those groups. She enjoyed reading immensely until her sight prevented it.

NASCAR was a regular event in the home where she was the biggest Jeff Gordan “24” fan. Country music and videos were some of her favorite things to watch and talk about. Shows such as “NCIS,” “Bones” and the Food Network were her favorite programs.

She had the biggest heart and will be missed by many.

She is survived by her sons: Kevin Levy and Frank Gager of Blair; her daughters: Shelly Johnson of Sandpoint, Idaho, Shawna Reid of Columbia Falls, Mont., and Saundra Beyl of Billings; siblings: Wilberta (Ralph) Reid of Billings, Teri Shaw of Spokane, Wash., and Frank Tayloe of Billings. Her pride and joy were her nine grandchildren and her five great-grandchildren. Brian and Shelly Thompson of North Carolina, Brad Thompson of Blair and Marcie Thompson of South Carolina are her stepchildren, who will also be missing her.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Mike Thompson; and her sister, Pamela Dobler.

Memorials may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church in Blair.
