Word has reached here Wednesday afternoon of the death of Mrs. Will Davis, formerly a resident of Herman but now of Coon Rapids, Ia. She was taken suddenly sick on Sunday and being no better Monday, they brought her to Omaha for an operation. She underwent the operation on Tuesday but died Wednesday. Her death came as a shock to her many friends. She leaves to mourn her death a mother, husband, and five children. The funeral was held from her mother’s home in Omaha.
