Services Are Wednesday For Henry Miller

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 24, at Campbell Funeral Home for Henry E. Miller who died November 22, 1982, at Clarkson Hospital.

The Rev. Gordon Patterson will conduct the services. Burial will be in Blair Cemetery.

Henry E. Miller was born in Liberal, Kansas, on January 18, 1930, to Irvin and Maggie Amen Miller. He attended school in Iowa.

He moved to Blair in 1944 and worked for Korshoj Construction for 17 years. He later worked for the City of Blair as a light plant operator.

He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict. He belonged to the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

He married Frances Lake on April 1, 1954, in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She survives.

Other survivors include one son, Henry Miller, Jr., Blair; two daughters, Julie Lorenz, Lincoln, Nebraska, and Mrs. Patricia Burdess, Blair; four grandchildren; three brothers, Ivan Miller, Robert Miller, both of Blair; and Francis Miller, Arlington; and one sister, Dorothy Heese, Wahoo.

Pallbearers will be Dan Burdess, Robert Luikens, Francis Miller, Ivan Miller and Robert Miller.

Campbell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for the services.
