(picture)

Robin Dawson, 54, of Blair, died March 23 at Creighton University Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 14, at the Campbell-Aman Funeral Home in Blair.

Robin Dawson was born on July 11, 1955, in Queens, N.Y.

She was very devoted to many things throughout her life, her family being the most important. She also spent a lot of time working with the Teddy Bear Patrol in Saginaw, Mich., which was a program that supplied the local law enforcement with teddy bears to be given to young children who were involved with traumatizing events (car accidents, fires, abuse, etc…..).

She was working at Walgreens in Blair as a senior beauty advisor. She worked there since the store opened. Throughout her time there, she collected 14 “Stars,” which are earned from great work and excellent customer service.

She is survived by two sons, Davis of Omaha and Robert of Blair; mother, Carol Vincent of Commerce Township, Mich.; two sisters, Joan Lee Ritter of Canton, Mich., and Betty Ann Clark of Sidney, Ohio; and brother, David John Vincent, also of Commerce Township, and her two dogs, Lady and Kasey.

Donations will be accepted at the funeral home to be donated to a Great Dane rescue in her name.
