Kenneth “Pat” Shamburg, 84, of Lincoln, died Tuesday, June 24, 2014.

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, June 28, at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Lincoln. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. June 27 at Butherus, Maser and Love Funeral Home, 4040 A Street, in Lincoln. The family will be present from 6 to 7 p.m.

Kenneth “Pat” Shamburg was born March 18, 1930, to Kenneth and Marjorie (Bloomquist) Shamburg in Tekamah. He worked as a crane operator for Judds Bros. Construction.

He is survived by his wife, Lyla; son James (Linda) Shamburg; granddaughter Julie (Jason) Dane; great-grandchildren, Autumn (Ryan) Crable, Britny Shamburg, Zaylie and Aiden Grant; great-great-grandchildren: Mikaela and Mary Crable; many sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and three brothers.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Redeemer Lutheran Church.
