Mrs. Emma Day, 80, onetime resident of the Fontanelle vicinity, died Saturday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. H.C.S. Ellis, in Portland, Ore.

Among other survivors of the former Washington countian are three sons, Lynden V. Drell and Royal O. Day, all of Fremont. Mrs. Day was preceded in death by her husband, T.J. Day, and a son, W.W. Day.
