Perry C. Miller was born February 12, 1952 in Omaha to Fred and Aurora Sannum Miller.

He was preceded in death by his father, Fred L. Miller on April 13, 1965.

He is survived by his mother, Aurora; sisters and brother-in-law, Sharon and Harold Boudreau of Blair and Valerie Miller of Omaha; brothers, Jim and Vance of Omaha, Charles of Missouri and Freddie of Lincoln; many nieces, nephews and friends.

Pallbearers were his nephews, Harold Boudreau, Jr., Jimmy Miller, Chuck Miller, Randy Comstock and Vance Comstock.
