Teresa Miller, 43

Teresa “Terry” Miller, 43, died Tuesday, March 6, 2007, at her home in Fremont.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, in the Ludvigsen Mortuary Chapel in Fremont. Interment will be in the Arlington Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. Tuesday until the time of the service.

Teresa Cornick was born April 30, 1963, in Mount Pleasant, Iowa, to Mike and Deloris Cornick, and grew up in Fort Calhoun. She was a graduate of Fort Calhoun High School.

She had lived in Arlington until the past year, when she moved to Fremont.

She is survived by her parents, Mike and Deloris Cornick of Valley Springs, Ark.; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Jeremy and Jennifer Janecek of Fort Calhoun and Zachary Miller of Fremont; two daughters, Ashley Clements of Bennington and Desiree Larson of Fremont; two grandchildren; and a brother and sister-in-law, Mark and Kaylee Cornick of Glenwood, Iowa.
