Imogene French, 80, longtime resident of Blair and Herman, died Thursday, June 26, 2014, in Brooklyn Center, Minn., surrounded by her husband and children.

She was a bright and loving woman who will be dearly missed by everyone who knew her. May God keep her in his loving arms.

She is survived by her husband Jim (Chet ) French, children: Brenda Helle and husband Steven, Dianna Hepburn and Jim French Jr. and wife Karen; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, in-laws and many dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers and daughter Dorothy (French) Frampton.
