MRS. TESSIE DENNIS DIED AT HOSPITAL SUNDAY, JAN. 28

Mrs. Tessie Dennis, widow of the late Bruce Dennis, died at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair, last Sunday, January 28th. Mrs. Dennis was 78 years of age, having been born March 25th, 1894. She was a native of Woodbine, Iowa.

She was a housewife most of her life and had lived at 1334 Washington street for many years.

She is survived by a son, Lloyd Dennis of Glendale, Arizona and by two grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Larry Dennis, who is employed at the Blair postoffice and known to most Blairites, is one of the grandchildren.

A brother, Floyd Binnal, lives at Lebanon, Ohio.

Funeral services were held at the Campbell Mortuary Wednesday, January 31st. The Rev. Charles Gates of First United Methodist Church, conducted the service. Burial was made in the Blair cemetery.

Pallbearers were Floyd Marshall, Arnold Rosterman, E. A. Schmidt, Les Johnson, Rudy Fick and Al Sick.
