Services were Friday, Nov. 15 at Restlawn Funeral Home for Leonard E. Milligan 65, who died Nov. 12, 1996, in Portland, Ore. Pastor Barry Braun, Dayspring Fellowship Church officiated. Burial was private.

Leonard E. Milligan was born Sept. 2 1931 in Fremont, Nebr. He had lived in Salem, Ore. from 1947 until moving to Woodburn in 1985.

He was a retired salesman of automotive products and fine art.

He was a member of the Salem Golf Club and Julius Ceasars.

He is survived by his companion, Shirley Tringas of Woodburn; his mother, Lillie Bullock of Arcada, Calif.; daughters, Judith Ann Van Keulen of Seattle, Wash.; Pamela Sue Milligan of Salem; Lisa Marie Mitchell of Salem; Kelly Joanne Eddins of Keizer; Theresa Louise Milligan of Salem and Bridget Leigh Milligan; a brother and sister-in-law, Lyle W. and Barbara Milligan of Salem; and 12 grandchildren.
