Came to State in 1884. Homesteaded in Boone County

Mrs. Jane Claar Millrons passed away Tuesday morning at 8 o’clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Norris Ward, three miles west of Herman.

Mrs. Millrons was born in Jackson, Ohio December 31, 1861, and on February 29, 1884 was married to John A. Millrons in her native town.

Immediately following their marriage they came west and settled on a homestead near Petersburg in Boone county were they lived for a time.

They moved to Blair years back, and the husband purchased a home in Weimerville where the family of three children were reared. She was a consistent member of the Christian church and of the Royal Neighbors and the W.R.C.
