Funeral services were Monday, July 30 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Elkhorn for Christine Minarik, 91, of Bennington who died July 26, 1990 at Maple Crest Care Center in Omaha. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery in Omaha.

Christine Chudomelka Minarik was born December 15, 1898 in Dodge, Nebraska. She was a retired restaurant clerk.

She married Joseph Minarik. He preceded her in death April 17, 1989.

She is survived by a son, Leland of Omaha; a daughter, Florence (Mrs. Frank) Hiller of Bennington; two sisters, Anna Kresl and Josephine Andersen, both of Omaha; six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Swanson Funeral Home in Elkhorn was in charge of arrangements.
