Mrs. Charles Misfeldt Died At Her Home Last Saturday

Mrs. Helena V. Misfeldt, of 1162 South Street, died at her home last Saturday, February 9th. She was 75 years of age, having been born February 14, 1898, at Kennard. She had lived in the country all of her life. She was the widow of the late Charles Misfeldt who died in 1966.

Mrs. Misfeldt is survived by eight children, 3 sons and 5 daughters.

The sons are Norman and Melvin Misfeldt, both of Arlington and Ivan Misfeldt of Blair.

The daughters: Mrs. Edward Grenier (Marjory) of Casper, Wyoming; Mrs. Harry McCandless (Henrietta) of Bellevue, Nebr.; Mrs. William Byers (Alice) of Kennard; Mrs. Irvin Quick (Genene) of Casper, Wyoming and Mrs. John Jessen, Jr., (Mary Lou) of Blair.

There are 31 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren who also survive.

Mrs. Misfeldt has three sisters. They are Mrs. Anna Andersen, Mrs. Hertha Frank and Mrs. Leo Miller, all of Blair.

Funeral services were held at the Grace United Methodist Church of Kennard Tuesday afternoon with the Rev. John Fritzmeier conducting the service. Burial was made in the Prairie View Cemetery east of Kennard.

Pallbearers were grandsons: Gordon Specht, Stanley and Kenneth Misfeldt, Mark Grenier, Michael Byers and David McCandless.
