Bradley A. Moeller, 11, of Nickerson, died Friday, July 28, 2006, at Faith Regional Center Hospital in Norfolk.

Funeral services were Wednesday, Aug. 2, at Salem Lutheran Church in Fontanelle. Interment was in the Salem Lutheran Cemetery.

Bradley A. Moeller was born Dec. 22, 1994, in Norfolk, Va., to Chris and Angie (Steckelberg) Moeller. He lived there a short time before the family moved to Nickerson. Bradley recently finished the fifth grade in the Logan View school system, where he was on the honor roll. He loved reading, word find and Sudoku games. He liked riding his bike and just being outside. He played the trombone and had recently had a poem published.

He is survived by his parents, Chris and Angie Moeller, and brothers, Daniel and Joel Moeller, all of Nickerson; grandparents, Gary and Dorothy Steckelberg of Nickerson and Pat Moeller of Hooper; great-grandparents, Frances Moeller of Norfolk, Wayne and Helen LeGrande of Fremont, and Clayton Steckelberg of Yankton, S.D.; aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Keith Moeller, and great-grandparents, Isabelle Steckelberg, August and Mildred Ruwe, and Ruby LeGrande.

Memorials are suggested to the family to establish an education fund for Bradley’s brothers.

Ludvigsen Mortuary in Fremont was in charge of arrangements.
