ADELINE TAYLOR, 91

Services for Adeline Taylor, 91 of Blair who died at Good Shepherd Home July 31, 1994 will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 3 at First Baptist Church with burial in the Rose Hill Cemetery.

Adeline Pauline Taylor was born August 16, 1902 in Telbasta to Gustav and Minnie Schafersman Carlson. She attended Telbasta School and Arlington High School.

On April 15, 1925, she married Harold Taylor in Blair. They farmed in the Orum area most of their lives, retiring in 1967. They lived in Orum until 1973 at which time they moved to Blair.

She was a member of the Blair Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary; Daughters of Union Veterans of the Civil War; a chapter member and past president of the Blair War Mothers and First Baptist Church. She taught Sunday School at First Baptist Church for 25 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harold; one son, Donald; one daughter, Jeanne Kuehl; and four sisters, Esther Menking, Edna Francisco, Florence Applegate and Mildred Mitzner.

She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, William and May Taylor, Oakland, Nebraska; Jim and Rae Taylor, Stan and Dorothy Taylor, all of Blair; one daughter, Peggy Anderson, Blair; 18 grandchildren; 35 great- grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and one brother, George Carlson of Burbank, California.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
