LORRAINE E. TAYLOR, 82

Funeral services for Lorraine E. Taylor, 82, of Schuyler, were held Saturday, Nov. 10, 2001, at Kracl Funeral Chapel in Schuyler. The Rev. Gerald Leise officiated. Interment was at Rosehill Cemetery in Orum. Mrs. Taylor died Wednesday, Nov. 7, at Beverly Health Care in Schuyler.

Lorraine E. Taylor was born March 26, 1919, in Washington County to George and Syrlida (Short) Mundorf. She attended Blair schools.

On Nov. 20, 1949, she married Charles Taylor at the Baptist Church in Blair. They farmed in the Blair area until 1967, when they moved to Schuyler and purchased the Sky Motel.

She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Marlene “Marty” and Dave Mejstrik of Schuyler and Barbara and Bart Crosnoe of York; a son, Jay Taylor of Axtell; four grandchildren; and a brother, Willis Mundorf.

She was preceded in death by her husband; a sister, Ardell Moulder; and a brother, Clifford Mundorf.

Memorials are suggested to Bethpage Mission in Axtell, or the Rosehill Cemetery in Orum.

Kracl Funeral Chapel in Schuyler was in charge of arrangements.
