Blair Native Died At Sioux City Monday

Mrs. Lucille M. Moier, 83, of Sioux City, Iowa, passed away at the age of 83 following a short illness on August 25, 1975.

Mrs. Moier was born on July 4, 1892 to James and Armilda Rhoades at Blair. Mrs. Moier was a graduate of Dana College and Wayne State College and taught school in Washington County, Wynot, and in the Winner, South Dakota area.

She was married to Albert Moier on August 20, 1920. MR. Moier passed away in 1972. The couple lived at Blair and Emerson before moving to Sioux City in 1946.

Mrs. Moier was a member of the Church of Christ, the Eastern Star and worked for the Iowa Credit Union of the M. and O. Northwestern Railroad for many years.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 28, in the Church of Christ at Sioux City, Iowa. Burial will be in the Blair Cemetery at 2:30 p.m.

Arrangements are being made by the W. Harry Shristi Funeral Home of Sioux City, Iowa.
