Fred W. Moller Buried In Calhoun

Services were held at the Fort Calhoun Presbyterian Church Sept. 29 for Fred W. Moller, 86 years of age, who died at Oakland Memorial Hospital Monday, Sept. 27th, following a lingering illness. Interment was in Fort Calhoun Cemetery.

Mr. Moller was born Nov. 21, 1878 in Germany. He came to the United States when he was nine years of age with his uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. John Moller. They settled on a farm near Fort Calhoun. On Feb. 4, 1904 he married Minnie Steffen. After two years on the farm, they moved to Fort Calhoun where he was employed by the railroad.

He is survived by daughters, Mrs. W. A. Webster (Eliese) of Oakland, Mrs. Ernest Gaver (Frieda) of Tekamah, eleven grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Bill Kay, Ottis Hawkins, Erwin Sprick, John Wriedt, all of Fort Calhoun; Raymond Webster of Lyons and Ralph Webster of Craig.
