A remembrance memorial service for Terry Michael Marr, 60, of Myrtle Creek, Ore., will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 2, in the fellowship hall of Abiding Faith Baptist Church in Fort Calhoun, 710 N. 15th St.

Terry Michael Marr was born Nov. 26, 1953, in Grand Forks, N.D., to Clarence and Annie Marr. He died May 14, 2014, in Myrtle Creek.

He grew up in Fort Calhoun and moved to Oregon shortly after graduating from high school in 1972. He spent the rest of his life in Oregon.

He is survived by his longtime friend, Toni Cook; two sisters, Camilla Borgelt and Jeanine Marr; three brothers, Kenneth (Connie), Ward (Patty) and Tony; 12 nieces and nephews; and many grandnieces, grandnephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Annie Marr, and his brother, John.
