LUCILLE K. THALLAS-JONES, 90

Lucille K. Thallas-Jones, 90, Council Bluffs, Iowa, died Sunday, Jan. 22, 2006.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Jan. 25, at the Henry-Livingston Funeral Home, Council Bluffs. Interment was in the Branson Cemetery near Loveland.

Lucille Katheryn Thallas-Jones was born June 15, 1915, in Council Bluffs to Gregory and Margaret (Foreman) Thallas.

She retired from McCollister Grease and Oil in 1960 after 18 years of service.

She is survived by a sister, Dorris Thallas-Fouts, Council Bluffs; sister-in-law, Lorene Thallas, Blair; Norma Thallas, Council Bluffs; and Dorothy Thallas, Escondido, Calif.; dear friend, Elsie Dusin, Council Bluffs; a host of nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, friends and family.

Lucille was preceded in death by her husband, Willard in 1993; seven brothers and three sisters.
