Ben Moore Rites This Afternoon

Funeral services for Ben More, who died Monday at Community Memorial Hospital in Blair, will be held this (Thursday) afternoon at the First Christian Church. The time is 2:00 P.M.

Benjamin Carol Moore was born at Herman July 3, 1913 and has been a resident of Washington County all of his life. He moved to Blair a number of years ago.

He was a carpenter by trade and engaged in the construction business all his life.

He was married to Miss Laura Campbell and to this union five sons and a daughter were born, all of whom survive his passing. Mrs. Moore also survives.

The sons are Carroll, Ronald, Dale and Floyd, all of whom live in Blair, and Edward, of Herman, Nebraska. The daughter, Colleen, is now Mrs. Harold Kephart, also of Blair.

Ben had four brothers, Enoc, Sam, Dan and Hugh, all living in Blair. There are also fourteen grandchildren.

The Rev. Richard P. Davison will conduct the services at the church, after which burial under the direction of the Campbell Mortuary, will be made in the Blair cemetery.
