ANNA E. THOMPSON, 96

Funeral services for Anna E. Thompson, age 96 of Blair who died February 21, 1991 at the Memorial Community Hospital were held Saturday, February 23 at the First Baptist Church. Rev. Noel R. McLaren officiated. Burial was in the Blair Cemetery.

Anna E. Thompson was born April 29, 1894 in Council Bluffs, Iowa to Frederick C.C. and Kathrinka Hansen Petersen. She married Cecil Thompson on March 21, 1917 in rural Blair.

She lived on the same farm that she and her husband purchased after they were married until her death.

She is survived by two sons, Kenneth of Herman and Willard of Blair; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one brother, Walt Petersen of Blair.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers and four sisters.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
