BETTY THOMPSEN, 60

Services for Betty Thompsen, age 60 of Blair, who died July 12, 1993 after suffering an apparent heart attack, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 15, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Blair Cemetery.

Betty Thompsen was born February 5, 1933 at Glendale, California. She was the daughter of Mazie and Kenneth Jensen.

In 1945, she moved to Blair where she attended school and graduated from Blair High School.

She owned and operated the Blair Clothing Store from 1978 to 1985.

On May 14, 1987, she was married to George Thompson at Blair.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Jensen.

She is survived by her husband, George; sons and daughters-in-law, Joe and Julie Peare, Blair; Kenneth and Debbie Peare, Omaha and Arnold Leighton of California; her mother, Mazie Jensen, Blair; a step-daughter, Nancy (Mrs. Doug) Kroh, Lakeview, Minnesota; a stepson, George Thompson, Jr. of Omaha; a stepson and wife, Stan and Linda Thompsen, Oregon; six grandchildren and seven step-grandchildren.
