Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 28, at 2 p.m. in St. Mary’s Episcopal Church for Mary Ann Moore, 61, who died September 26, 1982, at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.

The Rev. Jess Hansen will conduct the services. Burial will be in the Blair Cemetery.

Mary Ann Moore was born May 9, 1921, in Stanton, Nebraska to Charles and Flossie Lycan Dolan. She married Donald A. Moore on July 9, 1941, in West Point.

She attended school in Fort Calhoun and Blair. She was a past president of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She had clerked at Holiday House in Blair.

She is survived by her husband, Don, of Blair; two sons, Mickey Moore, Elkhorn; and Tom Moore, Dakota City, Nebraska; and one daughter, Mrs. Sherman (Donna) Larson, Kennard. Eleven grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Harvey (Ora) Simpson, Blair; Mrs. Marshall (Barbara) Gilbert, Fort Dodge, Iowa; Mrs. C. R. (Phyliss) Mun, Mesa, Arizona; and one brother, Mickey Dolan, San Jose, California, also survive her.

Pallbearers will be M. Stanley Jensen, Bill Trisdale, Bill McCloud, Dennis Saunders, Les Miller and Fred Gilliland.

Campbell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for the services.
