Jaime J. Morehouse, 31

Jaime J. Morehouse, 31, of Fremont, died Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2003, at Fremont Area Medical Center.

Funeral services were Saturday, Feb. 8, at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont, with the Rev. Greg Hall officiating. Interment was in Memorial Cemetery in Fremont.

Jaime J. Morehouse was born Sept. 9, 1971 in Heidelburg, Germany. She was raised in Omaha, and moved to Elkhorn in 1981. She graduated from Elkhorn High school in 1989.

She worked as a CAN for 10 years at Valhaven Nursing Home in Valley and at Elkhorn Manor in Elkhorn. She had moved to Fremont in 1991.

She is survived by her father, Joe Morehouse of Blair; mother and stepfather, Cathy and Darrel Potts of Arlington; daughter, Tasia Childress of Fremont; brother, Bill Morehouse of Omaha; two sisters, Stephanie Patterson and Emily Morehouse, both of Omaha; grandparents, Jim and Grace Morehouse of Bedford, Iowa, and Doris Allen of Hopkins, Mo.; significant other, Steve Carlson of Fremont.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Joe and Audrey Cook, and great-grandparents, Stella Laughlin, Palmer and Bessie Newberry, and Andy and Coryl Morehouse.

Memorials are suggested to the Leukemia Foundation.

Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont was in charge of arrangements.
